Superintendent's Goals
Objective Performance Standards
Goal 1: The Superintendent will oversee the implementation of a teacher and principal effectiveness evaluation system that includes student achievement measures and aligns to State expectations.
Goal 2: The Superintendent, in conjunction with a planning committee, will develop and monitor the goals outlined in the district’s Comprehensive Plan.
Goal 3: The Superintendent will work collaboratively with the board, administration, and the faculty/staff to influence the climate and culture of the district.
